The Heron Partnership has awarded ING Corporate Super five stars and a number one rating for the second consecutive year.

ING Australia executive director employer super, Ross Bowden, claimed receiving the highest rating for the past two years consolidated ING Corporate Super as the leading product in its category.

"Last year we announced a significant upgrade and introduction of enhancements to Corporate Super in response to research and feedback," he said.

"The changes we implemented focused on simplifying and demystifying super. Our aim was to set a new standard in the market and receiving Heron's number one rating confirms our strategy."

The Heron Partnership managing director, Chris Butler, confirmed ING's enhancements had made its offering more attractive to members.

"ING has improved their insurance offering, included some new investment options, enhanced their communications, introduced fee flexibility as well as some innovative member servicing initiatives," he noted.
